Several representatives of the NJSA met recently with SDA CEO Marc Larkins to discuss the current status of the NJ School Construction program, as well as to make the CEO aware of issues which are particularly critical to the subcontracting community.
 
Discussion focused on payment scheduling, project close out process, release of retainage, response to RFI's, and funding for upcoming projects.
 
Mr. Larkins has been a guest speaker at a recent NJSA Membership Meeting and has committed to continue working cooperatively with the NJSA to make sure subcontractors are treated fairly and get paid on NJSDA projects.
