NJSA leaders also met recently with Commissioner of Labor, Hal Wirths to discuss prevailing wage enforcement and economic development activities.
 
Commissioner Wirths has indicated that the Christie Administration will continue to aggressively enforce the Prevailing Wage laws.  Representatives of the Wage and Hour Bureau, which directly handles prevailing wage issues were also in attendance at the meeting.
 
Commissioner Wirths has also committed to working cooperatively with NJSA on issues of importance to our industry.  NJSA continues to develop strong relationships with key policy leaders to best represent your interests in Trenton.
