NJSA A Strong Voice for Subcontractors in Trenton

NJSA has continued to lobby on behalf of the subcontracting community and has worked to raise our profile in Trenton. NJSA is now recognized as the leading voice on subcontractor issues. Among recent activity:

NJSA staff has testified before the Senate Community & Urban Affairs Committee on legislation dealing with the naming of subcontractors,
Met with Senior Policy Advisors and Counsel to the Governor on issues related to the release of planholder lists,
Met with the Chief of Staff to the Lieutenant Governor to discuss a variety of economic development and job creation activities including the revitalized Xanadu project, and
Met with the Chief of Staff to the Senate President on a variety of Policy issues impacting the construction industry.
